Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of shipping. All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed on October 15th, 2024 through December 24th, 2024 are returnable until January 15th, 2025. Returns Eligibility:
- 14 Days from shipping date to return or exchange.
- Items are in unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
- All Sale styles, Hairbows and Dog accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- All styles that were Monogrammed or Embroidered are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- We charge a $7.00 Shipping fee for all returns
- If your item was damaged upon receipt, please contact info@petite-plume.com

Monogrammed Orders:
- Monogrammed orders take an additional 7-10* business days for processing. (*subject to change, please refer to product information for current processing times)
- All items are held pending shipment.
- During the busy holiday season, our non-functional chest pockets may be sewed down to ensure all orders are shipped in time for Christmas.
Price Adjustment Policy:
- If you pay full price for an item that is later discounted, Petite Plume will be happy to adjust the price if it is addressed within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for price adjustments.
- All Prices on our website are in USD
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If a package is lost or missing in transit, please email us at info@petite-plume.com so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
- Once concluded and if the package is not found, we will replace your order.
- If your order was stolen or missing after confirmed delivery, we ask that you check with neighbors and wait a full week, as often packages will turn up. We also ask that you file a police report and share that with us.
- Once this process is concluded, we can replace the order. No refunds will be given.
Chargeback Policy:
We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding credit card transactions, or the possibility of fraudulent purchases. In an effort to accommodate our customers, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to opening a chargeback with your bank. This allows us the flexibility to investigate the order and refund or replace your order in a timely manner. Once a chargeback is opened, we are unable to refund your order and the process to reconcile can take between 30 - 90 days depending on bank processing time.
